Novos Limited was initially formed on 1 August 2002 in the UK as
Sourcing and Outsourcing Services Limited. The company provided consultancy,
training and coaching services to leading global organisations and
public sector organisations, initially specialising in Procurement, Cost reduction,
eCommerce, Shared Services, Lean and Six Sigma Process Improvement
and Outsourcing Services.
In 2003, Novos launched a practice specialising in Strategic Resourcing,
Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Organisational Development. Since then,
Novos has successfully completed assignments in Europe, North America, Middle
East and Asia Pacific for both public and private sector clients. Novos has
been independently recognised for its ability to make a difference to clients
by providing and implementing creative solutions to difficult strategic issues,
often within "mission critical" projects and has won a number of
prestigious awards.

Novos has also provided best practice advisory services to a number
of central government and multi-lateral organisations worldwide.
On 18 July 2007, Sourcing and Outsourcing Services Limited changed its name
to Novos Limited to reflect the evolution of the company in providing innovative
change services to its clients.
