The eSourcing Managed Service was a finalist in the eGovernment Award for Central eGovernment excellence which recognises programmes delivering high & growing take-up of an e-enabled service through effective service delivery & marketing.
27/04/2006 - Novos project runner up in 2006 Government Computing BT Awards for Innovation
Sarah Cotgreave, Novos Managing Director (second from right), received a runner up award in the category Best project - Government to Government presented by David Myers (far right), Director of Shared Services in the Cabinet Office, at Madame Tussaud’s in London.
The award was made for the eSourcing Managed Service, which enables UK central and local government to manage the strategic procurement cycle online. The judges stated that "this project has done much to modernise an important area of government" and impressed them with its "high take-up". Novos managed the delivery and implementation of the service with the Service Provider, BravoSolution, for Novos’s client OGCbuying.solutions.
